PDFEazy on Android

Use PDFEazy on your Android phone to prepare PDFs and work with Excel or CSV tables. The current web app is free for personal and business use during launch. Files are processed on your device, without an account or document upload.

Install from your browser today

  1. Open pdfeazy.co in an up-to-date Chrome browser on your Android phone.
  2. Use Install app in PDFEazy, or open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. The wording depends on your browser.
  3. Open PDFEazy from its new home-screen icon. Wait for Ready for offline use before disconnecting.
  4. Try the sample documents or sample invoices before choosing your own files.

Documents and spreadsheets on your phone

Combine PDFs and JPG or PNG photos, select pages, rotate pages and add page numbers or a contents page. In Excel & spreadsheets, clean tables, combine sheets, compare two versions by a unique key, or calculate grouped totals. Download new XLSX, CSV or JSON files; eligible tables can also export to PDF.

Use Choose files to open Android’s file picker. Select only files you want to process. Finished files must be downloaded before closing the app. Find them using your browser’s Downloads view or Android’s Files app; your browser controls the save location.

Offline use and updates

The first visit needs an internet connection to save the application assets. Offline processing becomes available after the ready message appears. Documents are held in working memory and are not saved in the offline cache. Clearing site data or removing browser storage can remove the cached app.

After a website update, save any finished files, close all open PDFEazy windows and tabs, then reopen while online. This lets the new version activate without interrupting a document job.

Google Play availability

A Google Play release is being prepared. PDFEazy is not currently listed on Google Play. The browser installation above is available now; a store link will be added here after publication.

Limits that matter on a phone

Large documents and spreadsheets can take longer or exceed memory limits on older phones. Try smaller batches if a job fails. This release does not calculate spreadsheet formulas or provide OCR, secure redaction, PDF-to-Word conversion or signature validation. Read the task guides for file limits and the privacy information before sharing results.
