Privacy and use of PDFEazy

PDFEazy is a free browser application from LIQUILENS PRIVATE LIMITED. This page describes the current release, dated 18 October 2026.

Your documents

PDFs, photos and exports are processed in a worker in your browser. The app does not send their contents, names or file hashes to our server. Files stay in the working memory of the page until you clear them or close it. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them.

Website requests and offline storage

Loading the website sends normal web requests to our hosting infrastructure, including your IP address and requested resource. Our PDFEazy web server is configured not to retain routine request access logs. Hosting infrastructure can still process connection metadata and record operational or security errors; these system logs use space-based retention rather than a fixed deletion period. We do not use them for advertising or user analytics. The app caches its own code, styles and documentation for offline use. It does not put your documents into this cache. Clear PDFEazy site data in your browser to remove cached app assets. Delete downloaded results using your device’s file manager when no longer needed. Closing the app clears its working documents; there is no document account to delete.

This release has no advertising trackers, analytics cookies, accounts or payment collection. We cannot identify unique users, repeat users or customers from app downloads alone. External links, including feedback on GitHub, have their own privacy practices.

Review before sharing

Use documents you are entitled to process. Review the finished PDF. Form fields are flattened; signed documents and unsupported annotations may be rejected. JSON, CSV, Markdown and text exports are embedded as original attachments in the finished PDF, so inspect them for private information before sharing.

File records prove agreement with saved hashes only. They do not prove authorship, authenticity or legal validity. Submission checks cover only the selected limits and parser readability. No financial advice, trading approval, source-rights clearance or regulatory compliance is inferred.

Spreadsheet processing and optional provenance

Spreadsheets are parsed and transformed on your device. New output files contain only selected result values. Formulas are never evaluated; their saved values require explicit acceptance. Optional change records are off by default and contain source filenames, fingerprints, settings and row references. Downloaded settings can include column names and filter text. Review these separate files before sharing. No documents or usage events are sent to an analytics service.

Current tools are free for personal and commercial use. Future business plans are described on Free & business. No payment is collected in this release. See open source notices for embedded components.

Contact LIQUILENS PRIVATE LIMITED at mrinal@pdfeazy.co for support or privacy requests. If you email us, we receive your email address and message in our business mailbox to respond. Avoid sending private documents unless we agree on a specific need. You can request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

For public bug reports, use the project issue tracker. Do not attach confidential documents or personal data. Describe the steps and use a synthetic example where possible.
