PDFEazy’s current browser tools are free during launch for individuals, teams and commercial use. You do not need an account, card or subscription. There is no checkout or automatic billing.

Future business plans

We intend to introduce paid commercial offerings after learning which recurring workflows teams need. Candidates include managed automation, larger batch jobs, shared review, administration and support. These are planned areas, not features available for purchase today. Pricing and the scope of any future paid plan will be announced before it starts. Current use does not enroll you in future billing.

Why start free?

People should be able to complete a useful task before deciding whether additional business services are worth paying for. We are improving the product through practical feedback. We do not publish invented user counts, promise a particular result from AI, or sell uploaded documents; files are processed on your device.
