Combine PDFs and photos into one PDF

PDFEazy combines PDF documents and JPG or PNG photos into one downloadable PDF on your device. You can choose pages, reorder files, rotate sideways documents and add a contents page. No document upload or account is required.

Make your combined document

  1. Open Make a PDF and choose your files, or try the sample documents.
  2. Use the up and down buttons to set document order.
  3. Leave Pages to include blank for the whole document, or enter a selection such as 1, 3-5. Enter 3, 1 to put page 3 before page 1.
  4. Choose a title. Add a contents page or page numbering if useful.
  5. Create the PDF, download it and check it in your PDF viewer before sharing.

What happens to photos and forms?

JPG and PNG images are placed on A4 pages while keeping their proportions. Existing PDF text remains text where the source supports it. Filled form fields are flattened into visible page content. Signed PDFs and unsupported annotations are rejected with an explanation instead of silently losing them.

Can I merge documents offline?

After the app shows Ready for offline use, it can reopen and process files without a network connection. Install it from a supported browser for convenient access. Clearing browser site data removes the offline cache.

What are the limits?

Up to 40 files, 20 MB per file, 50 MB total and 250 source pages. Scanned images remain images: this release does not add OCR. Some annotations must first be flattened in your PDF editor. HEIC and Word files should be exported to a supported format first. Use Excel & spreadsheets for XLSX/CSV table work and PDF table exports.
