Combine Excel sheets and CSV exports into one table

Monthly department exports or repeated reports often need to become one table. PDFEazy can combine the sheets you import into a values-only result without uploading the files.

Build a combined table

  1. Choose the files you want to combine. Every imported sheet participates in this task, so leave unrelated sheets out of the source workbooks.
  2. Set the header row and inspect the selected sheet. All inputs use that header-row setting.
  3. Choose Combine all imported sheets. Uncheck columns you do not need.
  4. Optionally trim whitespace, remove blank rows or remove exact duplicates.
  5. Create the result and download XLSX, CSV or JSON. A PDF is available for smaller supported tables.

How are columns matched?

Retained column names must match exactly. Column order can differ: an Amount column is matched to Amount, not to its position. Blank or duplicate headers are rejected. PDFEazy does not guess whether “Total” means the same thing as “Amount”.

Keep source references when needed

The optional change record maps each result row back to its source fingerprint, sheet and spreadsheet row number. When identical rows are combined into one, all their source-row references remain in that separate record. The main spreadsheet does not gain private source metadata.

Practical limits

Import up to 8 files, 10 MB per file and 25 MB total, with at most 20 sheets and 250,000 data cells. A result supports up to 20,000 rows and 100 columns. Larger results are rejected with an explanation rather than silently cut off. This is a local batch task, not an automatically scheduled data connection.
